Recent global pandemic which everyone are well aware of and it is still very much on going at the times of the writing. While the most effected are the old and elderly with 2 or more pathology. Most young and healthy people simply will recovered with their immune systems fighting off the virus.

This is a thrilling industry whereas most other sectors are facing workers redundancy and businesses are trying to survive.

This is a once in a life time opportunity to virus-proof and recession-proof your job security. With an ever growing aging population worldwide. This industry is tipped to become next ‘multi-billion’ dollar industry in the next few decades to come. With staff shortage globally everywhere in the world is set to get worst as more people are near their retirement. There is now an even greater incentive to come on board.

International Students can choose to set their foot into the industry by completing a Certificate III in Individual Support. While most graduate find a job even before completing their study. Most students work while studying. After completing their study they have a choice to further upgrade their study and grow their career. Some will become Register Nurse, Care Manager, and Community Services which every way they choose to develop their career.

Sydney Student Confirmed Case Of Coronavirus

NSW Health officials had confirmed a case of coronavirus on International student who had returned to Sydney from China. The student is currently self-isolating while under further observation.

As anxiety spreads over a suspected case of coronavirus on the campus some students have taken to wearing surgical masks at University. We understand there are concerns among our students about attending classes or coming to work, where this student may have been on campus, and who they might have come into contact.

If you have recently traveled to Hubei Province/China and are experiencing fever (greater than 100˚F or 37.8˚C), cough, or difficulty breathing, report immediately to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Officials advised that “risk to the public and the community remains low,” and that they had been “advised that additional actions are not necessary” at this stage. Health officials urged the public to take general precautions that will prevent the spread of flu-like illnesses. Such as:

Do not attend classes, work, or university events when sick. Stay home except when seeking medical care and avoid contact with others.
Seek medical care right away if you experience symptoms, such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing.
Before you go to Student Health Services, doctor’s office, or emergency room, call ahead and inform the clinic about your recent travel and symptoms. Follow the instructions of medical care providers to get the care you need while keeping others safe.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing.
Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available

To mitigate the spread of this disease, all the study-related or sponsored travel to China are discouraged. Students who intend to travel to China for personal reasons should consult with the country relevant authority and review travel information available beforehand. Students returning to Australia should take self-monitoring precaution and seek medical care you have any mild symptoms.

Health officials advised that they are well prepared and in the best position to respond to the virus. NSW health officials will continue to carefully monitor situation and as new information becomes available it will be shared via their NSW Health Website.
